Most of us know what burnout is in general. However, there are signs that many of us do not recognize as a warning that burnout and stress are tipping the scales into unhealthy territory. What if, you could head it off before it started? Wouldn't it be nice, if someone shone a light on the way out? What if, you could feel more in control? More productive? More clear?
